Mexico's president; "The wall will be built and USA will pay for it!"

Getting wealthy on war profiteering while wrapping yourself in the pride flag. Great, just great...

My father beat me when I was a kid, he ran for child services president and I voted for him. I heard that the other guy beat his kids more, so I really had a moral duty to vote for my dad. You guys, it's really important to vote for the guy who beats his kids less.

-Any clothing/toys for children can be bought second hand, we have a very good site for that in Norway. For example, we bought 8kg of Legos, very reasonable price. Re-use is very popular in Norway.

-If you change food you eat often, it's very important to do some reaserch on the nutrition and sugar.

-Any locally grown food should be supported by bying, if possible.

-Much electronics can also be bought second hand in Norway, since we have strong consumer protection laws. Breakdown on electronic can be repaired within 5 years, usually. But, only if the seller has the receipt.

-Jewelry and stuff isn't nessesary, but buying cheap can be a nagging feeling and perhaps just buy something else for the person you love. Like an experience, trip to the massage/restaurant/etc. Spending time together is much more romantic anyways.

-Don't cheap out on the bed/mattress, you spend about 1/3 of you life there.

This reminds me of the time Hillary said she went to wall street to tell them to "cut it out". LOL https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=DJ9K9kpgkzg

No one was freed from prison under last year’s action, no federal prisoners are eligible for release as a result of Friday’s pardon. But the order expands the grounds on which pardons are issued, which they can use to build the groundwork for a fundement to layer the different levels that they can then use as a foundation to build upon. However this might take some time. In the meantime please be patient.

I don't like to interact with people, but I also don't like to work for free for the owner of the chain, so I take one for the comrades and interact with the cashier.

If you go to Starbucks and there’s WI-FI credentials on the wall, are you not supposed to use it without permission? This is what he did, just different publicly available credentials. Yes, the radio guys posted them by accident, but it's their job to inform about the fuck-up, so fox can remedy it. Nothing about this is the journalist's fault. He is just doing his job. Finding material the owner-class don't want published, then publishing it.

In Norway, we have a law that says grocery stores have to give two prices, one for the product, and one for the product in a compareable size, like 1litre or 1kg for easy comparison. This safeguards againt shrinkflation.

General strikes, shut shit down.

This reminds me about black mirror. Person blocking.

When speaking to anyone in law enforcement, don't.

When trying to persuade someone of something, you need to talk to the elephant, not the rider (emotion, not logic). That's why propaganda works so well and facts don't.

Respecting privacy.

Does this mean they don't need to "bring democracy" to other countries anymore? That would be nice.

How about what the title suggest... "The end of privacy"... Oh, and also total fascism...

https://bigthink.com/the-present/joe-biden-student-debt/

In 1978 he co-wrote a bill that introduced the first limit on how students could use bankruptcy law to reduce their debt burden.

In 1990 he helped author the Crime Control Act, which is famous for stepping up sentencing guidelines, included an entirely unrelated clause that further lengthened the time students had to wait before they could declare bankruptcy on their student loans.

In 1998 they introduced an “undue hardship” clause to federal student loan bankruptcy proceedings; making it even more difficult to declare bankruptcy on student debt.

To top all of this off, he supported adding the undue hardship clause to private student loans in 2005.

From what you are writing, you seem like a good guy. So you got that going for you. You never count your money, when you're sittin' at the table. Shortest road to true happiness is; don't be an asshole. You seem to pass, so keep going and you will get there. Other people can't make you happy, only you can. I'm rooting for you.

House passes antisemetism bill so they can jail any one they don't like by labeling them antisemites, instead of just name-calling them racist, far-right, misogynist, sexist...

The ownerclass benefits from people not having protections. I don't think you can put it any simpler than this. Slaves, child labour, debt cycles, prison labour, forced sex labour, all examples of none-existant or low protections.

This was a pretty interesting read, not compleyely up to date statistics, but still. Is this trend still true? Anyone got updated data? https://www.kff.org/policy-watch/why-do-vaccinated-people-represent-most-covid-19-deaths-right-now/

I remember a time when "doing their own research" was just "read"... Yes I read, please stop shaming me for it..

This policy is exactly the same policy being implemented today. What are the odds of that? Examples; Deregulation: railroad crash toxic chemical huge spill, wealth transfer to the rich: patriot act and covid economic response, harming rights of labor: making railroard strike illegal, genocide: supporting israel with money and weapons...

To name a few:

-Championed and implemented legislation that put parents in prison if their child skipped school (truency)

-She blocked evidence that would have freed an innocent man from death row until the courts forced her to do so

-Put 1900 people in prison for smoking weed, while giggling about smoking it herself

-Blocked access to 12$ DNA tests, to check if the preserved DNA from a crime is from the defendant.
