I don’t know about your other posts, but I think the tone of your message puts people off and increases the likelihood for downvotes. Also, trying to impose your own arbitrary conventions in this manner might be perceived a bit condescending.
Or for propane tanks. They need to have an area underneath to catch the gas if they star leaking. And the bumps can be some kind of foundation for putting the tanks. It looks like it could hold two tanks next to each other.
