Screw this, mainstream websites are constantly trying to do everything they can to influence public opinion every day. First dislike button second this.
fcitx5 for android, basically gboard without Google service
try endeavour os xfce edition..it is arch linux based but everything is preconfigured.It also come with welcome wizard to help out new user, and xfce de is really lightweight, good for old device
just use geany or something else..u can customize it to be as useful as notepad++
