I hear a lot of people saying they don't like him, and aside from some union decisions that I wish would have gone a little better, I think he's doing a pretty good job overall.

Are the skill tree points retroactive? If so, that one. If not, I think I would go with rapid health regen. Anything that doesn't outright kill me repaired in a minute would be pretty neat.
The time for that vote is in the primaries. THAT'S when you make your stand, have your protest, and try to move the party left. Otherwise you are ignoring someone that you agree with 50% of the time and helping someone you agree with 0% of the time.
