What if you are a heavy social media user, and the person on trial is a heavy social media user? Should they not get a jury of their peers?
I've never had an issue, but I've been careful with placement and handling.
I started blogging in 1997 and still do today, and I would love for my writing and posts to live on after me, so I've been thinking more and more about this issue...
