Buuuuut, if you think your houseplant is an undercover CIA agent or your entire family including your dog has been replaced with hyper realistic govt robots, you need to seek medical attention immediately.

I’m sure it will. It’s just not a super pleasant experience for now. I still haven’t given up on the platform in it’s entirety.
It’s not really surprising people are having problems with people on lemmy. For the first time in at least a decade we are in the Wild Wild West of a part of the internet. Things haven’t normalized themselves yet so shit is weird and sometimes unpleasant.
Ah shit, you're right.
I was reading a thread on here or Tildes yesterday and someone mentioned that what they think is happening is that the end goal is likely to have no actual mods an just have AI blanket moderators for the whole site removing the issue entirely. In all reality they're probably right, and Reddit has probably been working on AI Mods for sometime now, so they will only have to do this until they can roll out the ai software. Which will probably be sooner rather than later.
Same. Got an S23U in May, I like it, but I started to miss my iPhone so I popped my sim card back in my 12pro max. Can’t decide if I want to keep using it and get the 15 when it comes out or switch back to my 23U.
Does anyone know what's going on with Lemmy.ml? I can't access it and keep getting 502 errors when I try to check it on browser. Hopefully they're just working on their server because that was the instance where I had subscribed to stuff. It won't be a big deal if they're just gone, just an inconvenience.
If they are gone, already, it is somewhat worrying for the viability of Lemmy generally, because I don't want to lose my subscriptions and comments every time a server shuts down. I've made an account on beehaw and lemmy.world as well under the same username, and I probably will make ones under other popular instances just in case.
I'll probably still append Google search with reddit until I can do so with Lemmy, Squabbles, or Tildes.
I've also been checking reddit to wait for the next round of Tildes invites and using it for one very specific education related subreddit that I don't think would ever migrate somewhere else because it's too niche, but other than that I'll be avoiding the rest of Reddit.
Your lithium isn’t actually lithium anymore, it’s govt nanobots that are going to implant in your brain and emit and receive 5g waves.
It’s okay. I was optimistic at first, but I don’t think this platform is cohesive enough yet to be worth using consistently, especially with instances defederating from each other off and on. It means you have to have multiple accounts to access certain communities, and then kbin is a whole other thing I guess? Because I can’t log into kbin from wefwef so I can’t even access the stuff posted there.
Honestly the reason I’m even still continuing to even open lemmy other than to check its growth is because of how nice wefwef is.
Also, like other people have said, the jerking each other off about leaving Reddit has gotten unappealing. There’s only so much self congratulation I can take.
