Award-Winning Introvert

I've paid for Sync (I forget how many) years ago and have loved it since. I'm so happy you all are switching over and building a app for Lemmy.

Thanks for all you do!

Finally someone else that uses Soulseek. It's been around for years and is the best place to download whole albums or discographies in high quality.

I just found out about Connect today and have been loving it.

I've been a paid Sync user for more years than I know, and am so glad they're coming over to Lemmy. However, in the meantime, Connect is pretty great for basic posting/reading needs.

Reddit does Ghostbusters Tokyo Drift

Sync is the only mobile app I've ever paid for, and it was worth every cent. This was the best app for me by a mile.

If it were to pivot to Lemmy I'd be ecstatic

Too many syllables for them

I have zero experience running any sort of moderation and fairly little time to do it myself. If anyone can help out it would be more than appreciated.

Do you mean that it helped you cope with the flipside of joy and fear that comes with having a child?

You hit the nail on the head. Along with self sacrifice and making difficult decisions for the well-being of a child, The Road brings these topics to the forefront.

And thanks for the heads up! I've been really into PKD lately, but after hearing this news, I might need to work my way back through McCarthy.

I haven't heard of LitCharts before, but I might have to give it a try. I tried reading Gravity's Rainbow and basically gave up. This might've saved me.

In my 30s, I came across Cormac's writing and was immediately drawn to his style. The Road, in particular, resonated with me after just having my son. Someone recommended it to me, and it just so happened to be shortly after my son was born, and I think it had a significant impact on the way I parent and interact with my children.

I've had Blood Meridian on my Kindle for a while now, but haven't had the chance to read it yet. After hearing this news, I think I'll make it my next read.

Either way, you will be missed and thank you for staying with it even when you were destitute.

Well. Said.

I haven't finished the game yet, but Journey's OST is simply amazing.
