Personally use FairEmail on Android, and Claws Mail on desktop. Both FOSS clients with encryption support.
Those of you that like Thunderbird, Betterbird is a hardened fork of that. I use it for calendar/CalDAV purposes.

No, and I blocked it on my DNS server so I don't accidentally go there either
