It's a shame they went under during the rise of the maker movement. What an asset they could have been. I remember they started carrying arduino near the end and thought somebody must have tried to reach for their roots. Too little, too late.

Those others are all the same, amiright

Hell ya. Grrr and what not

On the other hand, wear whatever the fuck you want.

Fuck braille bro

8 hours vs. -4 hours. I know what shift I'm picking, suckers.

Are you really saying that you don't think that the Chinese people have culture? Because that seems like a very strange thing to add to the economic discussion and is a pretty silly belief to hold.

Be the change you want to see

Gotta be honest here, I'd rather hang out with drunks than a bunch of milk chugging tea totalers.

Both perspectives are true and effort is the key in either case.

Not everyone is destined to lose appreciation for the moment, regardless of "newness".

Nor is everyone so easily adept at willing it to be so.

But engaged awareness, to your point, is a helpful consideration to be sure!

What a great tool to reach for!

Not to discredit your point, but 80 years ago was 1944, and everybody then would know what you mean by that 2nd sentence.

Cool goes back to Shakespeare and beyond. But it was also popular in the American vernacular in the 1930s.

It's not about the "success" of Christie's campaign. It's about committing to a position. As it stands, Pence looks like a fence sitter. He prevented a coup but still can't call it like it is.

I've got some bad news for you about who the beings are that wrote those encyclopedias.

Yes, yes. Oh, yes. You must try the Linux.

Don't threaten me with a good time.

Yes, for sure. You are indeed being toxic.

Ya, how come NYC never thought of creating the NYC subway system.

Queue podcasts, reply to txt/email, or anything else that needs to be taken care of on the phone so that it can be put away while driving.

I mean, this is exactly the type of guy joroe gives a platform to.

Sounds kinda dope, ngl.

"Plant based and clean with as much caffeine as our dark roast coffee." is the full quote. Then, it lists the specific amount of caffeine for the two sizes.

You can argue it should have a more eye-catching and cautionary presentation, but it's disingenuous to say it wasn't clear and explicit.

I love chromeOS. It's the best os to help manage the computer needs of all the old people in your life.

They gambled on an eyeball measurement from memory and lost. It's not that deep.

They don't need to return it because it can still be mounted on a stand or wall. And maybe they want to watch crooked Netflix in the meantime.

...And they complained on mildly infuriating, which seems appropriate because it's not that big of a deal.

So they were grammatically correct with their intentionally misleading headline. Glad everyone reached a consensus.

Did I hear a Rock and Stone!?

What if some people prefer to use them them? That seems counterproductive if you respect how people want to be referred.

And for the last time, we don't serve chicken ass!

Except that it is obviously both wrong and malicious.

I got fiber in the middle of nowhere from it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Back when Burger King had crown shaped nuggets, I was drunk in the back of my friends car, and I called them king hats as he pulled out of the drive thru.

He slammed on the brakes, turned around with a twisted smile, and repeated back to me eagerly, "King hats‽".

It leaves out context, intentionally. If this was a fox news headline, I'd say the same thing, and you'd agree.

Respectfully disagree that it's not an ideologically held belief. But, really, it's a distinction without a difference.

The talking skeleton show was "Tales From the Crypt."

The skellyboi was the crypt keeper.

Feels like everyone is taking this a little too seriously for something mildy infuriating.

Surely, op is capable of solving this minor issue, which is why they rolled the dice that it might fit.

Ya, this whole thread is unhinged. Very strange.

Sure, 4 out continents, but what about incontinence.

"Half of them are smarter than that!" Doesn't have the same ring to it.
