I wish more Americans would look in the mirror that is Donald Trump and be ashamed of who we are, because we can’t begin to do anything without recognizing what monstrous values we have.

You are saying something I haven't heard in a lot of discourse. Kudos and my upvote.

Says the man who showed up late for one of the debates in one of the last election, presumably because he didn't want to be covid tested.

People made those comments on a public page. I don't see why you are censoring the user names.

Why wouldn't the article name the Republicans that signed the letter? Seems like poor journalism?

But what about another situation no-one is talking about!

Those nations should pass resolutions forbidding Israel from setting up settlements within their border and cutting off water to their populations. Completely useless resolutions, but it would put a fine point on it.

You know, not having read Wikipedia on Israel, and not taking a stand, those that think Wikipedia is biased could put up a simple wiki like page that lists the biases and rewrites the article in a way that they would consider unbiased. This would be in the spirit of Wikipedia. People could really decide for themselves.

This is terrible reporting. Could the Guardian have shown the screenshot? Could they have asked what the context was? I don't understand why this all is behind a mostly opaque screen. Why we are being told something that obfuscates what was said rather than giving us the chance to judge for ourselves.

Teach me - are there any links you can share to the original prediction theory that can show me what you mean?

Damn. This is a great response!

I don't know much about him. Can you give a link to some kind of summary of what he is about? I will also take any links from others as to why he is a criminal.

The whole French thing is so goddamn funny, from an outside perspective - I mean, France is basically one of the few major countries the USA never fought a land or proxy war against - their only war was the Quasi war which was solely smaller naval battles and was clearly the US fault. And France was almost always willing to back the US…while the US let them down countless times.

A vile, "minty" milkshake.

Is there a good article anywhere that directly draws the line between cases he has seen and perks he has been given? I know that he should have to declare all of the trips, etc, and that that is a big problem. But I am interested in how he has directly damaged democracy in more obvious quid pro quo. I am especially interested in having an answer to anyone that tries to minimize what he has done.

How so?

"They indicted 7 people for Terrorism last year, in part because they encrypted their disks, used tail as their OS and signal for communication." would work maybe.

I can’t wait to watch it, you’re not going to let these people take you down are you Donnie? I say, let them know how you really feel and make sure to let them know what kind of bad job the prosecutors and judges are doing.

This strikes me as a very apt and underrated comment. Not that it is going to stop us. Or me.
