The fact that insurance companies don't have to defer to physicians for medical decisions is mind boggling.

It's a shame, XDA has become a trash site. :/

Yeah, take a look at one of the many it interfaces to stable diffusion. This will let you install and fool around with several very easily.

  • Sticking to the shopping list once I'm at the shoppes.

Ha! Oh if only. My wife is understandably skeptical that I can go anywhere without buying more than intended/needed.

I'm in the same position finally! I actually left for a few months a year ago to chase a stupidly good offer, but ended up hating the culture and company. They welcomed me back with open arms after earnest well wishes for my journey when I left.

The contrast to so many tech jobs I've had is amazing, it really does show how a focus on the employees impacts quality of life. Everyone here is invested in making our team successful and it shows in the quality of work. It's interesting how not having to worry about politics or wondering how to cover your ass lets you focus on the product.

Oh snap, as someone who's recently joined, do you have some information you could point me to?

I especially love how even the first few paragraphs of the second link make it clear that it's not a problem with Signal.

That's assuming even pay distribution, which is obviously not the case anywhere.

Still, I hope the distribution isn't terribly skewed, the developers absolutely deserve to be fairly compensated.

Automated bills is a weird one for me. I absolutely know they'd be useful to keep me from forgetting important things, but I manage to talk myself out of it as I'd "lose awareness" of where my money goes.

... I need to stop making excuses, huh?
