Good cookware. Non toxic stuff and good knives.
Does anyone have on-screen keyboard experience with Linux tablets?
GNOME Mobile should have a good one after purism started pushing it, right?
Any more info on this?
How is the transition from docker to podman? I'm using two compose scripts and like 10 containers each. And portainer to comfortably restart stuff on the fly
If it's only 2 TB I'd go ssd.
And don't get a super cheap one, but something from like Samsung or Sandisk or WD or sth.
You can go PCIe to m.2 pcie nvme.
It also broadens your horizon because you know how things work and what to look for in them quality-wise
yeah, what the fuck is up with that?
There's a dort of documentary that tries to show that. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Homo_Sapiens_%28film%29?wprov=sfla1
I mean one of these guys
X200 Libre ftw
A good backpack.
I looked a very long time after my backpack of 10 years broke and found one with a lifelong warranty that feels like I‘ll have it for at least 20 years.
It was outside my dad's house - It turns out he found it with some old tech in his house and pit it out there hoping someone would take it.
I took it the next time I came.
EDIT: he says it was out there 2 weeks
Also wanna know
Yes and also get a hot water bottle - thay direct heat is also just super cozy
What's that?
Get banana boxes from supermarkets - they're like the sturdiest boxes ever. You can use some cardboard pieces to cover the ground hole
Hahaha
A lot of times its even quicker than calling someone, making time and then having them work at your house.
Also spackling is the fucking best.
Nice - I didn't have a VGA cable handy but I took it with me and will try when I get my hands on one
EDIT: the LED lights up though
Have a clevo and it sucks.Battery life is poory And the Fans go off for like no reason
Looks sick
I'm trying to talk a lot of friends into using my. Jellyfin and even helped them set up tailscale and all that. But they keep going back to paying Netflix etc.
OMG thank you so much : )
Hell yeah
Oh cool - can you share the name of that work/those works?
I actually meant less "encrypted" artworks, but more "regular" works, where you would wonder the artists intent or try see what feelings the artwork can offer and why it works.
Do you look at art and try to decode?
That's not a bad idea
I second the herbs - that's a real healthy luxury that you can get for basically nothing.
I made a post that could interest you:

Hey! I got around to test it with a VGA cable and it fucking works! Watched a Seinfeld episode on it.
You can use syncthing to get files from all of your devices to your central server and then use something like FreeFileSync to backup the entire folder structure to another drive.
Yes
damn, that seems awfully complicated just to connect to your RSS reader hahah
I haven't. I always liked to have the possibility to use GNOME on my machine. That wouldn't work then if I were to have a Ubuntu VM, right?
And do you know if I would I get quicksync access to the i3 for transcoding ?
Thanks
Fuck spez good to be here
Thanks. I mean I probably don't have that threat level, but you are right - it also feels good to have isolation.
The downside was the cost of the 2nd machine (~400$) and running it (~5$/month) and the time involved.
But I tend toward thinking it is the right choice
It does
Hahaha
Woooow looking slick
It's a tuxedo. The xp15 gen 11 vor clevo PD50. i7 10th gen and a 2070 max q. And a 4k OLED. Battery life is about 50 min : (
I would LOVE an arm machine, but I need a GPU for work.
I got my eyes on the framework 16. I could leave the GPU at home and go for battery life. Or put it in and go into work mode.
A hot water bottle to stay warm in winter. Also a really good tip if you're not poor.
