just a heads up for anyone deciding to make their own cables, make sure you buy pass through rj45 ends or it becomes substantially more annoying to make a successful crimp. with pass through you can prep your cable and it doesn't matter how long you make the strands you're working with because you cut the excess off, with non-pass through you have to cut them to a specific size and if it's too long when they bottom out, your conductors will stick out making your crimp weaker inviting poor connection issues later in the cable's life.

We still got shift differential on swing shift. I did it for 7 years. It maximizes 24/7 coverage with less crews, but it has a side effect of the end users of the schedule developing severe alcohol abuse and depression.

Friday - Thursday 8 hours second

The pay period was separated in such a way that you would not get double time even though you are scheduled 7 days in a row every week.

I messed the schedule up so I fixed it. And yes, there was only 1 day off between second shift and day shift rotation.

My only gripe to the chart is there should be some flat lining down near the bottom on the productivity side as a buffer pre and post. I gave up on guitar hero after they implemented the greedy "tokens" model on GH: Live. It was very lame. You had to play a radio station of sorts to get tokens. Tokens could be used to play a song of your choice. When you ran out you had to play the radio station or buy more with real money lol.
