We're almost the bois, synchronization working for multiple accounts, background services and notifications set

Without clicking on it I assume it's a live sync for accounts across multiple instances which is a feature folks have been asking for forever. It will help with easing the load on larger instances without having to start over entirely.
You are absolutely correct, it will sync communities, saved stuff and blocked stuff
