What is your "inexpensive" hobby that turned out to be expensive/ you gradually invested lots of money into?
Edit: so it turns out that every hobby can be expensive if you do it long enough.
Also I love how you talk about your hobby as some addicts.

EDC (everyday carry) this can include pen, notebook, knife, phone, fidget, etc. my most expensive piece that is in my current rotation is my fidget clicker in full brass from unquiet hands. that one chunk of metal and magnets cost me $130
Yow, they must be doing well their whole website is sold out
they do special limited drops. that is why they are sold out. i have 2 pieces from them. one in brass and one in stainless steal. it took over a year, from the time of pre order to the time of delivery, to get each one.
didnt know if you would be interested, i just got an email letting me know that unquiet hands just opened their 2023 drop. it spinners this year
Thanks for the heads up! Bit out of my price range though.
