Most phones are now good enough to use for years, and not much is happening for innovation. Makes sense that only people in the high end market are buying anything.

Yep. I'm using a Pixel 4 and it's good enough. It's hard to justify a $1,200 expense when the net effect will be unnoticeable.

Yep. I had a pixel 5. I got sucked in and bought a pixel 6 pro. It's literally the same apart from the zoom looks better and the phone is bigger.

I did have modem issues with the 6Pro so I got the 7 Pro and the phone is the same apart from the odd change.

So for me going from a Pixel 5, I gained pretty much nothing, man I miss that phone.

I really like the face unlock on the p4, so "upgrading" will be a downgrade unless I go to iOS.
