For me the solution is to just log out and only login to comment or watch shorts.
If you log out, they still harvest your data from your IP address. tbh I don't what you're trying to accomplish with this.
The system is automated to disable video player for accounts, not for IP Addresses. It doesn't disable video player no matter how many times you see the popup if you're not logged in.
