Don't think so. You can always sideload the apk from Telegram themselves unlike iOS.
I personally cant be bothered, no auto update function as seamless as Play Store.
I use neo store and it Just Works™ for me. Its one extra click when i want to install an app. The automatic updates always work. The releases usually come a few dyas later because fdroid signs the apk but other than that its perfect.
Same here, but you still need to manually sync repos and click install, right?
No i dont think i have to. For example eternity the app im using to browse lemmy just automagically updates.
I swear "problem parsing package" makes F-droid useless as an app store
Never had that issue for apps downloaded from FDroid only
is Telegram FOSS on fdroid restrictive?
