Are you conveniently forgetting the hundreds of insane recalls that have happened from other car manufacturers in the past, many with equal or worse safety hazards? Yes, Tesla has issues, like many car manufacturers, but the unhinged vitriol directed at Tesla is just bizarre. I don’t know, maybe people have this latent guilt for driving ICEs, and attacking EV companies somehow alleviates this guilt? Perhaps it's envy (although the Model 3 is hardly an expensive car now). sorry you're correct, however this is a small percentage given the number of vehicles sold like 1%. i don't think it justifies Teslas being branded as poorly engineered pieces of junk. only 12 crashes have been attributed to this.

That isn't one instance but one of tens of thousands. https://www.reuters.com/investigates/special-report/tesla-musk-steering-suspension/ The most insulting thing is they blame the customers and change them. I like EVs and I belive in them, and I liked Tesla too, but I was disappointed in it by it's shitty practices.
