Impose a tax on assets that can only be bypassed by proving ownership. The company would then have to show the ownership trail to the top- a person(s) or a publicly traded company

Obligatory reminder that corporations have no inherent right to exist. Incorporation was supposed to be a privilege earned in exchange for providing benefit to the public!
