People keep talking about "Federalizing the National Guard" and now you've got other States pledging their NG to Texas in defiance of the Supreme Court (see image).

So is this what CW2 looks like?

I think you'd have to relocate for that.

What planet do you recommend?

Closest would be the Moon. I heard it's pretty boring. Aside from the occasional rover visits.

Any "first world" country that will accept you.
