As the title suggests, trying to find anything in someone else's kitchen is almost always a frustrating experience. Everyone seems to have a different idea about where to put things.

I'm sure the EU has established it as an official standard.
It's the same in the US but the location is specified as a distance from the ceiling in units based on an average man's height.
