The president before him resigned just over a year ago over corruption. They're all stealing money. New government comes in and puts the old government in jail for corruption. A newer government comes in and puts that government in jail for corruption. Death sentences for people in top positions and bankers and whoever else. But they're all corrupt. Everyone above middle class here is corrupt.
