Which games that were reviewed poorly did you actually like?
Personally never had a problem with Victoria 3. A bit buggy on release but nothing game breaking

Played Cyberpunk at launch, had no major issues with it and really liked the game.
On PC if you had an nvidia card and downloaded the drivers, the game was fantastic since day 1.
CD Projekt Red's delivers the best plots IMO.
