"Change" isn't something Republicans are known for.
Republicans always want to "change things back" to an era they romanticize. It doesn't matter if their "change" wasn't an option before, such as a president having absolute immunity. In other words, they love making changes but somehow get away with saying they are reverting things to a status that never was.
They dig their feet in better than any other political party, I'll give them that.
