How much is reasonable?

How much is reasonable to buy just dry flower? What kinda of quality should I be looking for? What should I avoid? I've only ever bought edibles, tinctures and vape carts. I'm getting a dry vape, what should I be looking for?

It depends heavily on where you are.

Are you in a legal state like California, where there are dispensaries everywhere and plugs everywhere?

Or illegal state where it's harder to get?

Is the flower indoor or outdoor?

I mean generally speaking (granted I'm from California where weed is not that expensive), I'm not paying more than $30-$40 for an 1/8 at a dispensary.

I haven't tried dry vape myself but I used to work in a dispensary, and knew people who did. As far as I can tell you don't need any specific flower, any should do. Out of my own head, maybe something less sticky so it doesn't gunk up the vape? idk if that's a common issue tho.

I'm in a legal rec state. Just paid $60 for a 1/4 of Memory Loss. I have no idea if that's a good price or not. My main goal is to get the cleanest or purest cannabis at a fair price. I need to look into what it takes for me to legally grow it so I can ensure that but for now I have to buy.

I'm in a legal state too and the prices vary drastically based on how strong or fresh the flower is. I can get an ounce of older flower for like $40-50 or 3.5 grams of top-shelf for about the same price. I usually stick to the cheaper stuff but occasionally will splurge on the really good stuff.

All this to say: if you like the bud and it gets you stoned in only a couple hits, then it's worth $60 for ΒΌ.

Thanks for the info. Part of my goal with the dry vape is to get a "cleaner" experience with the cannabis. If it's old flower but clean, I'll take it. I just want want to inhale anything but the cannabis.
