It's Space Karen's new name, and logo, for Twitter.
Unbelievable… I bet he’s trying to make a conglomeration like Jeff Bezos and Amazon. Space Karen is a good way to put it.

Yup, looks like it. New logo, new name (in the works), new url. I think he's been telling people to use x.com, though it just redirects to twitter.com for now. My app doesn't look any different yet, but the desktop site seems to have all the logos switched.
