Shortcake@kbin.social to /kbin meta@kbin.social – 6 points – Is there any way to request becoming a mod for a magazine where the creator made it and then has gone dark? I have tried to reach out to them but they aren't responding and have no acitivity

You are right, i could do that, but if like to keep the activity in kbin.social if possible. It might be different if I wanted to run it different but I just want it moderated
Probably kbin is new enough that @ernest hasn’t had to come up with rules about this yet. But maybe add a feature request on kbin’s bug tracker to request abandoned magazines?
