It's very simple, and just works out of the gate well. It's ubuntu without the spyware. I'm sure there are many other distros similar, what linux distro do you like?

I'm a Debian purest any more. I have used a bunch of different distros over the years and just keep coming back.
Are you meaning debian based distros? Or debian.org debian?

Now window managers are sharing I never seem to be able to settle on. Currently KDE, but gnome is good, and I used Fluxbox for a long time.
