What "mindless" games do you play?
I'm often in longer telephone conferences and like to play relatively uncomplicated, mindless games like 2048 or threes. Both of these are getting pretty boring these days, so I'm looking for new games.

And then what? Stare on a blank screen for 4h a day?
It's my job to be in conference calls where I only listen for 75% of the time and there's nothing else for me to do except listening. And I find it easier to listen when playing around.
Doodling on paper is just as mindless, but that's probably okay for you, because it's "real" right?
Why don't you listen while you are working?
It seems to me you have bigger issues, that stem from a dopamine addiction.
Maybe bottom feeders can't do that, but normal people can listen and play around at the same time.
