8. gxh3 Chess with Knooks open game , top voted legal comment in atleast 11 hours decides next move, Black to move

Possible_EmuWrangler@lemmy.world to AnarchyChess@sopuli.xyz – 5 points –

This is an open game of Chess where the top legal comment directly to the post decides the next move. The game also includes Knooks who stood in for Kingside bishops who went on vacation at the start of the game.

Like how the Queen can move like a Bishop or a Rook, A Knook can move like a Knight or a Rook and it has the Algebraic notation symbol of O. On the board, it looks like they have a K tattoo.

Nd7, we need to attack the white knight

Should the Bishops who left on vacation be allowed to re-enter the board, returning to a square of the colour they were originally to be on and in their back 3 rows ? (Whites bishop was on a white square, Blacks bishop was a on a black square)

Yes - They should both return simultaneously after a black move, people make extra comments where they should go.

nd2

Sorry i dont understand the move you're trying to make. Black cant move anything to d2, It can move the Knook to e2 or d3. Edit. Im guessing you've meant Nd7. The board now rotates each time so show the perspective of the player making the move and will have square letters and numbers added.

Yeah sorry the flipped board confused me Nd7 was what i wanted

No worries. I started without flipping boards and now they're spinning each move and I haven't been saying so in the title.
