Part of me was very happy the film did so well. I work in animation, and the industry is currently in the toilet due to the Zazlavs of the world - and a big success usually leads to more productions being greenlit, at least it used to.
But if an industry-leading studio like Pixar is treating their workers like a crappy sweatshop studio and had such tremendous success, that does not bode well. (They used to have a reputation for being an excellent, balanced place to work)
