This is just a sparkling quadcopter.

A drone is an unmanned vehicle, e.g. SpaceX drone boats serving as mobile landing pads, Ukrainian drone boats carrying explosives, drone research submarines, ground drones for mine defusal, etc.

This is definitely not a drone. It's a quadcopter.
