pfetch-rs: A rewrite of pfetch in Rust

I really like pfetch, so much that I have it set up to run every time I open a terminal. Since the original pfetch is no longer maintained, I decided to rewrite it in a compiled programming language with a buch of new features. It runs about 10x faster than the POSIX version, which is very noticable on slower devices. Any feedback is very welcome :)

There's no any kind of announcement that pfetch is no longer maintained. My guess is: "it's ready".

EDIT: Looks like Dylan has been "offline" for some time...

Why are the best ones the ones that have to go first :'(
