Get new cup pads

I won some beats studio 3's at a Christmas party years ago. I had the same issue about two years ago and for like $11 I got some replacements off of Amazon. No issues since.

Or superglue?

No. Thats a bad idea, if stuff gets inside it breaks the speaker.

You can’t super glue fake leather at the seams either.

Best fix is to re stitch it yourself.

Only if you keep buying cheap crap. Sennheiser still sells replacement parts for old models. I've had two sets for like, 20 years?

Bs, it's not about cheap crap. I got sony wh710's, was unable to find genuine replacements for them and blue was unavailable in aftermarket. Had to get a new pair instead.
