Lmao scrutinize all you want. The abdication of government in Arizona ended up giving the Saudis headwater rights to the Colorado for percentages of a cent per gallon.

It's interesting that they act so cartoonish in national politics, but then have to put on a somber face and apologize to entire counties of people for literally selling their entire aquifer for nothing to a criminal foreign state. And that's never brought up.
