US government reportedly disabled parts of a botnet-powered cyber campaign conducted by the Chinese threat actor Volt Typhoon.
Anyone have any idea which "small business routers" this Chinese botnet was infecting and harnessing?
I don't understand how these attacks are not regarded as an act of war? Isn't Volt a known state actor?
