Where is this footage from?

I dunno if this is the right comm to post this, but given that this is some sort of protest, I'll prolly just let it stay.

It appears near the end of the Wonder Showzen opening, before that Hindenburg disaster clip. It looks like it was recorded somewhere in either Africa or the Caribbean. Does anyone have any idea of the context behind this?
