The same can be said about Lemmy and Reddit, but look where we are.

We need to support open-source projects and stop being simps for bad companies like Google.

Firefox would not exist by then.

I just don't like seeing logos at the stuff I use, so I was looking for anyone who might had a list of resources of watermark free products.

I know that it's a minor inconvenience for most people, but I prefer it this way.

Thank you for your comment:)

Almost most YouTube/Social Media videos have watermark of the creator.

For games every game really have watermarks, I really can't think of any game that has no watermark, from mobile games to PC and console games.

Holy shit, the most active instance right now on the website is LemmyNSFW.

The answer is Lemmy culture.

I had seen people posting long form content on Reddit even after it's enshittification.

The reason why a lot of people here don't post their thoughts here is that there is a good chance they will get downvoted to oblivion with no comments.

I personally never suffered from this, but I had seen it in multiple places here on Lemmy and I personally think that as more users join Lemmy there will be a naturalization of this culture which will make most users think that they are accepted here and that will make them comfortable enough to write long form thoughts here.

My dude, I pirate all my stuff.

I am talking about all the extras that is unnecessary, the intro, outro, unnecessary scenes, scenes that does not relate to the main content,...etc.

The same applies to the mastodon . Social instance and the same applies really to every Fediverse software available, with the exception of pixelfed.

I think you got a point, I removed the NSFW tag from this post.

What is this channel is about?

I don't want to click this without knowing what is this about.

Due to the graphic details of the crime.

I believe yes, but at the last time I checked it out no instance had open registration, matter of fact you will have to look for good time for a free instance to register on.

Maybe they changed it now, but 1 year ago that was the case.

In my humble opinion, join lemmy should only exclude the instances that is harmful.

They should not choose the instances to include for the users.

??

Thank you, it's focused on art I might be able to find some good resources there.

Pixelfed has a default limit to the number of users per instance.

The site is just republishing news from States Newsroom network.

The source here is Minnesota Reformer.

It supports Reddit only, also the app is dead anyway.

The source code repo had not been updated since more than one year.

Thank you, I might create a list that does not include software as it has been covered a lot.

The statistics there is confusing for me.

Whoogle is dead.

That is a very weird thing to do, unless they are looking to boost their own instance.

Movie recaps does not have scenes, they just include a quick summary.

I am not looking for a temporary solution, but rather a permanent one.

I did not get you, how I could be more specific?

Some people online.

In that case, you are looking for a flair system for lemmy videos community, which would ease your concern.
