How good is the "HDR Support"? It's one thing I've really wanted for Linux for a while.

Awesome, thanks so much. I actually just purchased the same monitor so this will be very helpful when I set it up.

This is literally "I was inappropriately talking to a minor, nothing more" like wtf lol

My deepest sympathies to all 3 of you.

He tried to kill Kid Cudi by blowing up his car, I imagine a 17 year old was (correctly) pretty scared of what a man in his position could do

The person in blue clinging to the car who had to be yanked away... How do these people make it this far in life?

The uptick is due to her threatening legal action against the flight tracker dude and being all over TV for football this season. I find it hard to believe the trumpers give a shit about the environment. But I suppose they could hop on the bandwagon if it fits their "enemy"

There's plenty of ugly people out here fuckin, either groom yourself well and work on your personality or lower your standards.

Yeah, he called me Assface.

You're really pulling for straws here when the reason is obvious.

Along with the obviously flawed logic of this meme, it would have made more sense to leave the quotations off scalper and kept it only for investor

Is anyone stupid enough to think that Snapchat is private? Honest question. It's still a social media platform.

Maybe 2 to be safe

It really seems more complicated than it is. I switched to a dual boot of windows and Linux mint about a year ago and it was super smooth, have basically never used the terminal. if you still want to try and have any questions, feel free to ask. Linux is really a nice feeling of being away from MS bullshit.

This makes me feel better. I had the entire intention to distro hop around but mint was the first one and it just worked lol

Pretty sure chronic pain even in regular life is a thing.

Beginners would have a better time with Mint

Try your shot at equally as ugly other people, it's a numbers game

Exactly, I switched to Linux mint a year ago and I've used the terminal like... twice lol.

Please show me an onslaught of memes even 1/10 comparable from December to this past month. I'll wait. Just because Trump is shit doesn't mean we stop criticizing others who are wrong as well, even if they are against him. Trump is a billionaire asshole, Swift is a billionaire asshole, neither gets a pass.

I'm not denying that conservatives haven't targeted her. I'm saying she drew fire from both sides and it's not fair to write it off as just trumpers because she deserves flak from both sides with her shitty practices.

Mint sets up the entire dual boot and partitioning during the install. You just choose how much space for Mint. Very easy and intuitive.

Just for the sake of another experience, my dual boot of windows and Linux mint has had absolutely no boot issues for me ever

Thank you for providing that first source with no mention of plane memes at all, which is the entire point of the conversation.

Same, has only ever been first person

I don't think it's unfair to say there's a spectrum to this. I'm not going to feel as bad with an ant dying compared to a dog

Imagine you're being recorded and you have to watch it back later. Sometimes it's easier to see ourselves from others perspective than our own. Patience is a skill, you have to use it to get good at it

Glad it worked well for you. Didn't work well for me with my 2070 super. Was immediately broken and refused to acknowledge my second monitor. Linux Mint worked perfectly, so I just want to throw that out there for anyone with the same gpu

Second this. I only still have Windows on dual boot because of game pass and I need office for work. Mint just works.

Xmanager if on Android.

Pickle juice is an amazing chaser, and its good for an upset stomach

It seems so, have a good one, my dude.

I recently installed Linux Mint on my laptop and all video play on Firefox stutters. I'm using chrome temporarily since that works fine until I fix it. Idk if it's the same issue but just throwing it out there.

I was in the same boat but Linux Mint just literally worked. Easiest transition ever. I keep my Windows dual boot because I need MS Office for work but I'm in mint 95% of the time with no tinkering.

Curious to where the line is drawn then? And who determines that?

It's pretty easy, I installed Mint on my laptop and the installer took care of the partition and everything. On my desktop, I just installed an m.2 expansion slot.

I do deal with depression and although it's a struggle that won't end, healthy habits such as eating well and staying hydrated do help, which is what the original comment stated just to be ridiculed. Depression may not be our fault, but it is ours to deal with.

Man you really could have just said "no"

If you lock him up for this, he becomes a "martyr". It needs to go through the process slowly for it to hit right. Give him enough rope.

Maybe the whole point is to figure it out? Do you expect capable people to just take care of you? Not trying to be mean, but you sound like you've made up your mind to just be dead weight
