They're both good, but I prefer the second one, because it's nice to have the ones who are usually the villains be presented in a positive light. I might be a bit biased here.

Very true, they only become femboys if they themselves are okay with it, if they aren't ok with it then they don't.

I think Nyaa~ would be better, it's more cute ya know.

Well us dergs have very long life-spans naturally and the problem with this idea of everlasting life or even very long life that no one ever really thinks about is that the probabilities that misfortune will befall you don't go away or even really go down once you have it. That means that even though it seems unlikely to be crushed by an air-conditioner falling out of a window, or fall down the stairs, or choke to death on your food, the probability of these things happening when given enough time approaches 100%, even the very unlikely ones.

So while you might think something like this is awesome unless it also grants you the invulnerability to survive the catastrophes you will encounter in the future or cancels out their probability, it's basically useless, because those will get you likely in a comparable amount of time as old age would.

Who's that character, their design looks vaguely familiar.

I think that is a separate circumstance all together.

How so? They are a shapeshifter, I don't think intersex forms would be off limits if gender swapping and animals/non-humans are fine.

The whole point of gender identity is that there is no guaranteed link between a person's sex and gender.

Even more so with shapeshifters since they can change sex and form at will, like changing an outfit.

A person with multiple sex characteristics could identify as nonbinary and that is completely valid.

Still true, it's just a bit different with shapeshifters because they can change their form in ways most people can't.

Indeed.

Being a merperson is so overrated, being a derg is so much better, we're strong, and fast, and can soar through the skies. It is truly the life of adventure and excitement.

Well FtM femboys do certainly exist so it's definitely a valid question.

Fursuits are definitely quite pricey, though they are also rather uncomfortable (it gets hot when you're wearing them).

I don't think so, it can only really make one a femboy if they're okay with it. Needs consent. So same would apply with transitioning people like that, also needs consent or no dice.

I would say it's even more irrelevant in that case, since shapeshifters can change their body and appearance at will, as easily as changing clothes.

I think people just don't like us or are afraid of us for some reason 😔 (maybe it's the propaganda).

It's too bad really, many of us dergs are quite nice when you get to know us, sure some can be a bit curmudgeonly, but still give them a chance, and be patient and kind with them, and if they still don't want you around, let them be.

I have multiple interpretations for this. The first one is that the bard literally does see the dragon as different than anyone else.

The second one which I feel seems more accurate is that the Bard doesn't see the dragon as having any different physical appearance than the others but the second image is representative of them recognizing the derg as an individual with thoughts, feelings, and emotions, while the other members of the party either aren't able to, or (little bit cynical take here) they do and just don't care about his feelings and emotions, if that's the case you can't really blame him for being ready to fight.

If they're fish and not mammals would it even make sense for them to have breasts? Like breasts are one of those exclusive to mammals things.

I mean I've seen ones where they have dolphin or dolphin-like tails instead of a fish tail in which case them having breasts makes more sense, but that's also almost never done and instead they have a fish tail.

Make them press the button instead 😈

Never heard of it before, I'll check it out.
