If you can make safe Rust segfault you're doing something wrong.

Wait, people still use RAR?
Why do you even have an allocation of sick days? It's not really a concept anywhere I've worked (in the UK).
Yes, this is a thing that can happen. When temperatures are high the air density means that planes need to achieve a higher speed to take off. Same for increased weight. Same for high altitude airports. Same when there's less headwind to take off into.
If enough of these factors are bad enough, you have to change what you can. Can't change the airport elevation or the weather, so that leaves you with the weight.
That sounds like the apps you use, my Pixel asks for authorisation for each app to access something the first time and that's it. Never been asked to translate anything or had tracking pop-ups except on websites.
lemm.ee is on the Estonian ccTLD because the person that runs it is in Estonia.
Microsoft does too. Every time I log in to Azure (or Intune, or Defender, or Microsoft 365 or whatever they're all called these days) for work something has changed names. The documentation usually isn't updated to reflect the changes.
But they're not? They're advocating for children to not be forced to wear as much clothing, which isn't quite the same.
Was that the same version of Windows where you could click "cancel" to bypass the login prompt?
Yeah, I have no idea what a "locker room raid" is either.
High iowait and high used memory suggest that something has used up all the available memory and the system is swapping like mad to stay alive. I'm surprised the OOMKiller hasn't intervened at that point.
You need to monitor which process is using all the memory. The easiest way is probably to keep htop
running in a screen
or tmux
session, periodically connect, and look at which processes have the highest used memory.
Jus soli would mean that every person born in Japan would directly be a Japanese citizen, but not that citizenship can't be acquired through other means as well.
The IRC protocol has no concept of registering so implementing registration is a lot of unnecessary effort.
The UK is finally shutting down its last coal-fired power station in six months too (Ratcliffe-on-Soar).
Doesn't say it, but looks like it's USA only.
Sounds like Australia is trying really hard to get rid of you.
Why would you not want a toaster to be earthed? I can think of loads of devices that would apply to but toasters contain a lot of metal and frequently have metal casings.
You can also always have an earth pin, like type G plugs and sockets, even if it isn't wired up and is made of plastic.
BitWarden.

KDE. I used to use Gnome but switched over to KDE a few years ago.
Not world news.
I'm on a flight 35,000 feet above the Gobi Desert. The cash is pretty much useless to me. In fact it's a bit bulky and I'll be glad to see the back of it.
Plus, nothing on this flight can be bought for any kind of dollars.
That's what the person you're replying to said.
I'm guessing that's a USA-only rule.
I'm a native speaker and I don't know either.
Or Cantonese!
Still not as far right as the US Republicans.
Wait, what do you mean by a cot? In my British English a cot is what babies sleep in and has tall bars on the sides to stop them falling out. I'm guessing this isn't the same.
I've seen a few comments from people who've had their Oracle free tier accounts deleted with no warning.
Note that this article has nothing to do with the USA.
Or a very offended Irish person.
You mean hibernate?
Try the nofail
mount option in fstab
.
I had a read through that and I don't really know what Hyperbola is but it sounds tedious.
So now the developer gets nothing in return for creating the app?
You can be anti-Israel without being anti-Jew.
I don't think it should be allowed. It doesn't affect anywhere other than the US and isn't internationally significant.
What microservices would you split Lemmy into? The database, image hosting and the UI are already separate.
What makes you think there are Renaissance festivals in the UK?
