Eh, bicycle helmet I guess?

I understand that they need to diversify so that they're not so dependent on Google's default search engine money. I don't know how they should do that.

But I'm not sure what they've been doing has been all that good of an idea.

That looks delicious. I wanna try.

Am I... Agreeing? With something an Iranian President said?

That's way too broad. Scripting is a pretty broad concept.

I started dating someone and then realized pretty fast I didn't like him that way.

The dude was already pretty depressed as a baseline, and I feel like giving him hope and then taking it away like that has dropped him pretty deep into negativity.

I loved my Samsung Galaxy Q. But now that I'm used to gesture typing, I wouldn't go back. It's much faster than hitting keys individually with my thumbs.

One thing I do miss though is how quick it was to select/copy/paste.

I'm guessing you've already tried, but just in case: would dictation work for you?

Do we need a name? Most social networks don't have a special name for their users.

They may be worried about people getting offended over screenshots.

I kinda like the idea but I also kinda hate it.

I really wish PWAs worked properly cross-platform instead. :(

That sounds dumb. :(

Maybe do robotics (likely in a simplified way; surely "robots for dummies" is a thing?) and have them make their robots compete in some sort of competition at the end of the year.

I'm not even a competitive person at all, but when our school had us compete on Popsicle stick bridges, I had a ton of fun. Creative projects with a clear, real-world benchmark at the end are really fun.

The return of mustaches.

The USB standards are just... Comically overcomplicated. And almost everything about it is optional. They need a full revamp, making it simpler and mandatory on all future ports, devices and cables.

But they won't do that, will they.

Often Google tries to have me cycle on a trail that has zero snow removal in the winter. So there's that.

I've always wondered. Is there really a benefit to a ton of redirects like that? Like, do they gain anything by making it harder to back out?

Or is it just extremely incompetent website programming?

No, you misunderstand. It's not expert sex change

It's experts ex-chang'e. It's a site for Chinese space program retirees.

I wouldn't mind them if they didn't BREAK MY REMOTE'S PLAY BUTTON.

Okay someone has to say it.

The second F in Firefox is NOT capitalized.

Oh yeah often. But there's a decent proportion of my dreams where I'm not me; just some sort of fictional my brain made up for that night.

And about 80% of the time, if there's romance in a dream, it's not me. My brain has trouble fathoming a romantic story with me in it and I can't fault it for it.

If I order an Americano and you serve me a filter black coffee, I swear ...

There should be a way to make it simpler.

Idk, something like "for USB 4 you NEED all of these".

Or maybe USB 4 with levels like bronze, silver, etc.

Or make displaying data rate, display and charging capabilities all mandatory on all ports...

I'm not sure what, but "it's a USB port; look in the manual and if you're lucky you might learn what it does exactly" ain't it.

So it's called xlarge... And it makes files smaller.

Why.

I'm a big fan of fake brands/products in anime. I don't know why, but they bring me joy.

Marvelsoft Macindows

With uhm ... Some sort of fake poop?

Most sewn tags I don't have much of an issue with, since I can remove them if they're annoying.

But some, often the most annoying ones, are sewn with the same thread as the garment itself, meaning you will unravel the garment if you try to take it off. Argh.

Advertisements should always say what the thing is and what it does.

Disney + show ads on YouTube are like, two dialogue lines, and then "Stream now on Disney Plus". Only thing more annoying than an ad is an ad where you don't even understand what the hell they were trying to sell you.

I live in the city though. It could easily recommend I use the street if it knew that winter is a thing. And uh... Idk, maybe cycling through deep snow works on a fat bike, but with a normal bike with winter tires like mine, I can't just blast through 30+ cm of uncleared snow.

Hmm, i see.

I'll have a new bike with different winter tires this year but last year my bike would get dangerously destabilized by the smallest amount of leftover powder snow trail from the snow clearing machines, so I stayed well away from uncleared roads.

But for one, as you say, that was forgetting about how uncleared snow is not the same, and also, new tires this year.

I'll give it a try next time. It'll probably be safer to avoid the cars for a little bit longer anyway.

That is not what I'm suggesting. I'm not saying charging only cables shouldn't exist. I'm saying what everything does should be clearer.

But what about pedestrians, cyclists, etc.?

Would you allow long dates?

For example, Jan. 11, 2022, or 7 September 2010.

Leftover powder on the road is a different beast. It's often mixed up with a little bit of sand, and it's been crushed into a powder that doesn't feel like natural snow at all. It doesn't stick and it slips like fine sand. Not a fun time. A little pile of 2-3 cm of the stuff was enough to almost make me completely lose control last year. Scary stuff.

Reviewers were really happy they swapped the optical one for an ultrasonic one on the latest Pixel.

Cheering because they gave us the slightly less bad version of something terrible.

No one asked for this, you dimwits!

You're making me thing: can we still do that (change the OS to Windows or Linux) with the new Apple silicon Macs?

Thanks! Hopefully my new tires are more resilient

My trick is printer paper! 1 layer suffices for most LEDs, but the most intense ones need 2.

I'm surprised that happens! Seems like a complicated mistake to make.
