"I'm JD Vance I'm running for vice president," Vance said. "Good to see you."
The employee sounds unmoved and replies with "okay" and waits for him to begin his order.
Does he expect people to get down on their knees after he tells them that?
Oftentimes now if the service is paid, you’re still the product!
Encrypt it end to end with them not having the keys
If you know all your passwords and can’t forget them, I’m assuming your using some sort of pattern to remember them in which case you have a major issue in case of data breaches as your other passwords can be guessed.
In the overall freedom rankings, New Hampshire rated number 1, followed by Florida and South Dakota, while New York was dead last, with Hawaii 49th and California 48th. For personal freedoms, Nevada came tops followed by Arizona and Maine, with Wyoming 48th and Idaho 49th
Florida ranks number 2 for overall freedom? Not sure how much I trust the Cato institute’s methodology.
There's a reason I use spotify and steam.
that the suspect met on the dating section of porn site xHamster
Not related to the issue at hand, but do people really use dating sections of porn sites?
Yeah I can only go to CVS due to my insurance :(
Now how do we do it? Especially with remote work, not sure how to organize.
Most people just use a package manager the vast vast majority of time. People don’t typically compile from source or figure out different file types.
What’s the point of region restricting PSN accounts?
It’s standard in the US for the listed price to not include any taxes.
Yes I know this, the reason that I asked this question is because it is a departure from the rules laid out here. Oftentimes we say “the mirror” even though we are not referring to any specific mirror.

I thought the point of notepad was to open quickly and do quick changes without having to open a more heavy duty editor.
Yes.
Let’s hope it can be disabled.
Unfortunately it’s the same situation on steam. You are only buying licenses to games you don’t actually own it, they can be taken away at any time with no recourse. Steam might be doing good now in this regard but it’s hard to say if it will stay like this forever.
Yeah I went through the profile, doesn’t seem like her. And there’s no proof.
I haven’t used archivebox, but I tried setting it up. And I will say linkwarden gets a lot of points for easy setup and use. I’m sure it’s probably not as powerful as archive box but it gets the job done for basic use.
It means we can’t let trump beat us in fundraising.
What do you use for scanning for paperless?
I’d say it’s still a win, and I’m hoping they expand upon it.
How is this the real world experience?
The handmaid’s tale IRL.
I’m sure heated toilet seats are close to the top of the list for carbon emissions. /s
I’m pretty sure that if you had not already been signed in, you would not have been able to use it. As the login page requires an internet connection.
I clicked on that, it was actually just an April fools joke, there was nothing to buy.
FYI, this will only work when you are connected to your local network! If you want external access you can configure a VPN for external access (WireGuard) or do some port forwarding and register a domain name and use a reverse proxy (caddy) to serve the app.
I predict abortion rights will win handily, cannabis wins but not as easily, and then the vote for president will go to trump.
It makes a nice event page where you invite everyone by phone number. It then texts everyone with the details and asks for RSVPs. It then automatically follows up with everyone to get RSVPs and sends out automatic reminders to all the guests a week before and a day before etc.
I feel like Linux is good for power users or users like your grandfather who are not very tech savvy. The issues arise with users savvy enough to get themselves into trouble but not enough to understand how to fix it or how to do a slightly more advanced task.
What should I put in the opt out email?
Fav: 5/5 super smart, great memory, always willing to help. Treats you with human kindness and consideration. Covers for you when you need it and makes sure to give constructive feedback.
Worst: 1/5 Talks and talks and talks endlessly without respect for other people’s time nor his own. Repeats the same thing in 5 different ways and never fails to dominate the conversation and not let anyone speak. When he does let you speak he doesn’t understand what you say unless he asks a question. Example: Me: “If you push this button it will do x.” Him: “I don’t get it, so what does this button do?” Me: “It does x.” Him: “Oh now I get it.” Me: slams hand on forehead All the above plus a long list of other similar issues. He is the team lead and even his ideas are awful, sometimes they’re good, but many times they are bad to worse.
If you were born rich what would you want to do?
You want to charge people to help you?
What do people use pastebin for anyway? I’ve never felt the need to use it or something like it.
I had a lady I was helping with tech support ask me about her lightbulbs. I just told her I didn’t know the answer. She said “well you should know, it’s electronic.”
Inhuman
Most people I think see through this, they’re just trying to bring in some bag holders to inflate the share price while they cash out.
