Yes slim, it's shady.

In this digital era, you'd have thought they would know that it would leave a trail. Of course, it's a calculated risk.

And yet their anti-consumer practices continues to be hailed by their loyal customer base.

It's mind blowing.

"A fool and his money are soon parted."

The rich will survive only to discover they cannot achieve anything without the poor.

Likely scum moves from reddit patriots to destroy or weaken the fediverse.

I remember when Murdoch hired that Israeli tech company in Haifa to find weaknesses is TV smart cards and then leaked it to destroy their market by flooding counterfit smart cards.

They are getting desperate along with those DDOS attacks.

Why am I not surprised!!

Mankind better watch out. Next it'll be air.

Its the same ethos of those CEOs that are demanding everyone must return to the office. No ifs, or buts.

They damage moral which takes years to build up, they further announce layoffs which destroys whatever moral was left.

These idiots never seem to be held accountable.

Honestly, these management types need to be case studied.

The gouging is insane. £300+ for a tablet keyboard case for the s9 ultra.

I got one free as a preorder for the s8 ultra. No chance I am paying that much for a keyboard.

Fueling adversaries is good for the military sector.

Hang on a sec, how do we know you're not a bot lol

You raise a valid point. Hive mind and weaponising narrative is a danger to us all.

They really have been an embarrassment. They are trying to gain penance for their sins by enabling another genocide. I'm not even sure they know what they think they are doing.

Some companies seem to thrive on regular culls in the name of operational efficiencies. All that happens is talent leaves the organisation and then those left behind struggle because expertise has gone.

It erodes good will and good will is something you can't win back.

By the time things look like they are normalising, in comes another cull!

Unfortunately when society shifts to caring only about the individual rather that the needs of everyone, its a path to misery.

Affordable housing for all is a basic human need.

Hired a contractor to lead the IT department. Months later, said contractor outsourced us to another company and promptly left.

They didn't even have the guts to do it themselves.

The minute something injects ads is the minute I pave my exit strategy.

I hate ads with a passion.

Amazon about to lose my membership. It won't hurt them but what it's done is made me consider whether it's something I want to support.

Companies need a new era of marketing because this generation reversing all their gains.

They had this restriction in the UK where the networks would prevent hotspots from actually working. You had to buy a special additional package.

Restriction has now vanished and there are no such limits on usage. Not sure if the Regulator intervened but it was most certainly a cash grab.

These days they still manage to rip us off by annual contract increases of RPI+3.9%. That applies even during a 2 year contract.

Nothing is established until its been click baited to death!

How good is your karate? I think they could use another security guard.

Heh, the 2 days will become 3 and then 4.

These idiots are totally destroying work life balance but honestly, they do not care about our welfare or mental health. We are just human machines that they think they own.

What is completely laughable is how they have become advocates of the environment and reducing carbon. Yah, my unnecessary shitty commute is really not contributing! They turn a blind eye to that yo.

Yah, I never leave home without my bot.

Great to see.

Since sync dev ramped up his price I'm exploring apps.

It's not the job tho, it's the competence and calibre of the individual.

I spend far too much time unpicking poor workmanship from outsourced colleagues.

You pay peanuts, you get what?

Android I can believe but Windows. Come on, everyone shits on Windows lol

Some rental places don't allow you to mess with walls and it would require repainting if you move.

So not always an option.

It's such a shame when great talent leaves the organisation because of the continued primitive traits. It must be so exhausting.

I know what you mean.

Browsing the Internet at work is a horrible experience. I'm actually shocked at the ad intrusion that I am usually saved from!

We were told that Teams was the bees knees and it would massively enhance collaboration and productivity due to its fantastic integration.

Well, let me tell you that my disappointment was immeasurable.

It is so slow, so inflexible, so unpolished. I despise it for anything other than a quick chat.

If they can somehow shove in an spen I'd be sold.

Damn spen has me hooked on Samsung. Its such a killer feature that is so underused by the masses.

Only yesterday did it bail me out of a password issue on my Jap PlayStation account via its translation feature. Totally seamless.

But yah, needs internal housing since I choose to not rock a case.

Its a shit show. Staff can't event send a text saying they are sick unless they use an approved business communication channel.

Worst still, if you receive said comms from staff on a non approved channel, eg your personal phone, you have to report it to HR.

There is no way bank's can operate like that so the regulator is going to be lining their pockets for quite some time.

I read that as toll free and was wondering if I was missing something.

Yah, too early in the morning for me!

This admission is to create an avenue for deniability when South Africa’s case starts to really ramp up.

These guys are experts in who, us, never.

Well, you say that but coincidentally I was expecting a parcel from a courier and received a well crafted text saying that delivery attempt failed.

It's easy to fall into a trap like this. It was only when I paused wondering why are they asking for my address did I realise its a scam.

It was sent at 8:30, right during personal rush hour time.

Yah, good job I have zero interest in Apple products so I can't actually tell the difference when they start to brag about their phones!
