I started a sub that had 400k users and was around for 10 years. /r/functionalprint

After I made it read only, admins they just up and gave it to some rando mod that had no experience in that sub at all.
So it doesn't surprise me the mods of a lot of subs have absolutely NO experience in the subs they are modding.

Screw Reddit.

There are a ton of dangerous 3D printing happening. Especially people doing shit that's pressurized.

The majority of U.S. adults don't understand the technology well enough to make an informed decision on the matter.

WTF, shouldn't interfering in an election on that level deserve a 5yr prison term?

its a solid B

75/100

It's good.

It's not earth shattering, its not game of the year.

It scratches that Skyrim RPG itch but in space.

It's less buggy and less crashy than people were expecting.

It's not without its flaws.

It's a solid B

because those are the videos that pop off.

Yeah, drama gets clicks,

But Steve did say at the beginning, that this video is unmonetized.

So I give him credit for taking that step.

Russia's Investigative Committee

Yeah, that's about as a reliable a source as WTF this news site is.

people in politics can be very disloyal

  • says the most disloyal motherfucker ever

Ya know, I wouldn't mind ads,

If google would just FUCKING LISTEN TO MY CURATING DECISIONS!!

No, I'm never going to buy a car based off an ad. Block em all.

No, I'm never switching insurance companies based on an ad.

No, I'm not interested in mobile games. Ever.

And yet when I tell google, block this content, not interested, I don't want to see this particular topic.

It just doesn't fucking listen.

You'd think this would be an absolute GOLD MINE of information that google would want, to better focus their ads,.

But they just ignore it,

It's not about linking people to stuff they are interested in and taking a percentage... it's about wasting everyone's fucking time, and then they wonder why people run ad blockers.

No one gonna question why such sick abusive people gained that kind of popularity to begin with?

Yes,

https://kbin.social/m/functionalprint

most lemmy's can find it.

But it appears your particular lemmy (mindoki.com) isn't federated with kbin or something.

It should look like https://lemmy.mindoki.com/c/functionalprint@kbin.social

If fact, mindoki is missing a LOT of communities in the fediverse.

It's strange to me that 30 years later, basic RC Airplanes that I used to build/fly are being used as weapons of war. With the only difference being smaller GPS receivers and small cheap MEMS accelometer/gyro's.

Always figured they'd be easy to track/shoot down, but I guess no one bothered building AA for something that small, which is strange to me.

but what does that accomplish? You cant start a revolution if you are dead

Usually its a single death is the last nail in the coffin the triggers it.

None of the information you find here or on the internet in general will be correct, because most of information is either older nicad or nickle metal hydride, or when talking about lithiums people are talking LiPoly which is not your Lithium Iron Phosphate.

Your best bet is to ask the LiFeP04 manufacturer

It is a copy paste of the same reply I made to the post where 9to5mac.com talked about the same thing theverge.com did.

I noticed a few people comment they didn't know subs migrated/existed. So I replied here with the same thing, and sure enough other people again didn't know the sub migrated/existed.

People (including myself) are learning how this federating works. How the sub on kbin gets shown on other lemmy instances, and how those people in those instances can see/find the sub through their instance.

I'm still wrapping my head around some comments not showing up, and how subscriptions work.

And how the thumbnail picture and links work for some posts, and on some instances and doesn't for others.

I am the expert who was hired by the Trump campaign.

Did they actually get paid?

Was it a few years ago Fandom started buying up all these wiki websites?

Then they started with the ads and it all went to shit.

There were a bunch of games that had to move their shit off Fandom because it was a mess..

Now when you want an answer to a simple question, you have to fast track through a some rando's 5min youtube video to get the answer, where they could have put the answer in the title.

Satisfactory and Path of Exile are two games in recent memory that specifically moved their official wiki's away from Fandom,

This looks too staged. You don't get to the top of a merc group like that by making dumb mistakes like this.

Then again, who the fucks knows. Maybe you do in Russia.

I hate this stupid word 'drone'

Cruise missiles have all the same navigation and course correction tech in it.

These are the same thing with a propeller instead of a rocket and less payload.

This should probably trigger an election when a speaker can't be decided upon. Similar to other countries that fail to form a government

Conspiracy? It's extremely likey.

And unfortunately for Ukraine it will most likely work.

Russia has a huge gain as a result of this Hamas attack,

Right when the us house is paralyzed to make decisions too,

Timing is crazy perfect,

So perfect I'd be questioning if Gaetz had an voice in his ear to trigger the the US house fiasco

LOL did they dial up the orange on that photo?

Because I didn't think he could go anymore Oompa Loompa, but damn.

I mean screw russia, but be real.

NO one is repairing and using an airplane frame that has had a crash.

We write off cars for less... you definitely write off an airplane frame that's had a landing like that, and never certify it for re-use.

Cutting it up to transport it out of there is 100% normal for any nation.

Technology works, has for many years.

Even I've gotten the OCZ NIA to work and control my character's movement in a video game
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neural\_Impulse\_Actuator

The issue is a medical one.

Where I could spend a few hours(training) to get the NIA to work, it all goes out the window the moment you move it or take it off.

So the solution is to permanently implant the electrodes into the brain. (Even on the scalp will move over time, so that's not an option)

But the issue with implants is infection and scar tissue formation.

They haven't been able to solve the infection and scar tissue problem all these years, and Musk isnt' doing any better with it. Even with nano wires.

Even Valve has been working on Brain-Computer interface for years.

IMO, they should give up on the permanent fixation, and look for some kind of reference point, and do a antenna re-alignment that can be calibrated every time you put it on.

WTF, how can they just make a change like that, and it get approved to be on the road?

Youtube comment,

Tesla that crashed into a pole, it was on fire, and the driver was trapped behind the laminated glass. Scary situation.

The first in crew that responded had a firefighter try to break the glass with a conventional window punch device, that didn't work.

Then he tried smashing it with some forcible entry tools, that didn't work either.

The driver ended up dying. It took 45 mins to extinguish the flames and 15 mins to get the car doors open.
