I don't really think it's necessarily exploitive. Western countries place great value on education/training and certifications. And there is a clear difference on how such education/certification is obtained in the west vs other places of the world.

They have committed war crimes for decades and not only is nobody turning away from them instead they get pumped full of even more and better weapons. The UK literally suggested Germany could send them Taurus in exchange for Storm Shadow because they ran out and their new replacement missle is still in development and that is why they arent buying any new ones. Also anyone else could have bought Taurus or similar missles to send to Ukraine but they aren't. Also UK/France are not the only countries that have similar systems. Israel has very broad support in the rest of the world. Especially the west. The most powerful economies on the planet. Who send Israel tons of aid. The US just parked an aircraft carrier strike group in their front yard.
