Aren't they usually pro war? Isn't that aid helping the military industrial complex?

in nostr, every other post is, by law, about crypto shit.

It's a note taking app. A bit like logseq but 100% open source.

I just wish collaboration wasn't a year away.

Poor rich people.

I don't think he will be in gen pop.

Hearth hand gestures + mom jeans seems pretty recent to me.

Fuck you Google. I buy your premium pro phones and watches (that you barely improve) and you want me to pay for basic features like PiP or the sleep timer?

Don't be surprised that I use smartube, pipepipe, newpipe and others instead.

How dare you mistake this thread for a desktop one?

Nice apps though.

I understand putting ads on a free service like Google search or YouTube. But I bought this fucking Chromecast. I even suggested it to friends and family.

Another case that pisses me off is having bought a pixel watch at premium price and they want me to pay a monthly shitty Fitbit subscription to provide me with some trivial computations.

Same thing with their Google home screen. You pay a good price and you need a subscription to use the fucking sleep sensor that you paid for.

Another one is having a premium pixel pro and they still want me to buy a Google one subscription to get useless photos filters with Google photos.

I love that Android is open source (mainly) but fuck you Google you are an embarrassment to your former self.

git is distributed. but not issues, pull requests, forks... I think federation would provide all or most of that.

logseq is open source, but not their sync backend. You can use syncthing, but I would prefer that the native sync would be open.

This almost sounds like a urban myth. I just did a quick search and it seems like iceberg lettuce doesn't deserve that bad rep.

Shame. I don't really care about Yahtzee and the channel but I really like the idea of talented people having enough and making their own business.

I agree that I never ear anyone I know tell me they use it, but they are sold in every drug store here in Canada so people must buy them, otherwise they would be bankrupt.

Maybe there's better examples. Maybe glasses. Like 500$ for plastic. More people are buying online though these days.

Phone companies charging you for caller ID. It must cost them nothing.

Fuck cancer

Awesome!

It's a shame that Rimworld will release their dlc around the same time as the adventure update and steal the show.

Isn't this title clickbait? An alarmist title that doesn't say anything until you click on it.

I think there's a demo for Caves of Qud too.

Because of the rug pull with the license switch

That's awesome. It's a shame that most apps are charging a non-trivial amount of money. If they think that mindfulness could change people's lives, why don't they make it free so that they can help everyone.

Also, mindfulness is always the same gimmick:

  • breathe
  • if you get distracted, it's totally normal, acknowledge the thought and let it go
  • rince
  • repeat

Uber has ads in the cars?

2 more...

Why?

Fuck exclusivity. And I have a pixel.

Macrodroid doesn't seem to be opensource.

Wtf. Uber is not even cheap.

I use home-assistant and a esphome device as a Bluetooth proxy to track plants with some Bluetooth devices (MiFlora I think)

I hate that it's a Netflix exclusive. Let me buy this. Surely it's one of the best game out there.

It seems they only care about nfts and shit-coins.

You forgot about armoured core 6. Which, you just must play, especially with that backlog.

I suck at souls games but I like robots. Should I still give it a try?

The first one must still be pretty good.

Thanks!!

Wtf is "the Git code management service"?
