I think Halo is a pretty cool guy. Eh kills aleins and doesnt afraid of anything.

Over, unless you have cats

I vaguely remember playing and enjoying this game around the time it came out… before it crashed my computer. I wonder if it holds up

I think when people say to but high quality items, they mean to spend what they’re worth. Getting the most expensive thing doesn’t really guarantee a quality item, but cheaping out makes it much more likely that you’ll end up with something lackluster. Plus, something like sleep can be fairly complicated and is connected to your habits, what you’ve eaten, or schedule, etc., so expecting a single change (pillow) to make a huge difference may not be realistic.

Similar products exist, but I don’t think any of the others have quite the same level of official and community documentation.

I want to be mildly infuriated, too, but I’m not quite sure what you’re trying to convey

This post made me crumble into dust

You’ve probably figured this by now, OP, but the computers at your job are weird. Needing to install USB drivers for mouse and keyboard to work is not normal behavior for Windows. Like another person commented- check the BIOS settings.

I think it’s just a reminder of the pointlessness of overthinking. I find it poignant because I spend a lot of time lost in rumination, myself

The customer is always right, right?

The full quote is actually “The customer is always right in matters of taste.” Which basically means that you should sell what your customers want to buy- not that customers can demand whatever they want 😄

I’m reminded of this goofy videofrom Joel Haver. The “cute” NSA agent is so obnoxious but the whole sketch still makes me laugh for some reason

I cant think of a single account that I've had to call anyone to change, as long as I had access to both email addresses (the one I was changing from and the one I was changing to).

Yes, the webpage and the article make it clear- I was intending to poke fun at the missing word in the post title 😁

Guilded.gg is owned by Roblox, where does Microsoft come into play?

It’s like stumbleupon!

Note that this is a desktop application that should be run on your local desktop workstation, not on any server or containers. It will be able to connect to your server infrastructure from there.

Perhaps this is obvious to others but when I first read the post I thought this was similar to guacamole, but it appears to be more like Remote Desktop Manger or Royal TSX (not saying any of these are good or bad- just thought others might make the same assumption as me. )

I have noticed my ability to take things in stride definitely goes down when I don’t feel well. I would check in with yourself physically- is there a non-obvious physical ailment that might be putting you on edge? Perhaps there’s pain or headaches that you don’t consciously consider that’s diminishing your ability to deal with stuff. Otherwise I would suggest what others have suggested- looking into whether you might have some level of anxiety disorder. This may mean medication and/or something like cognitive behavioral therapy

I agree, I don’t think it’s unfounded, their immediate response was really tone deaf and I’ve yet to see them own up to that.

I’m a bit uncertain as to how I feel about the overall response. I don’t exactly fault people for getting publicly upset, and I don’t hate anyone for still watching. I personally don’t feel the need to broadcast my thoughts. I canceled my floatplane subscription and stopped watching LMG videos on YouTube, but I haven’t tried to get anyone else to stop- or really even talked about them much at all, save for this post

Yes

I agree regarding soapboxing. I think the posts that barely hide the fact they’re looking for reactions or agreement rather than discussion are probably the most grating and least constructive use of this community.

However, I think it remains to be seen if the community believes it’s something that needs to be addressed, and if so, if the mods are even conducive to changes. I do see the sidebar states “loosely moderated”. I am open to the possibility that I’m just being uptight and may just need to move on 😆

No key reseller/ gray market sites are truly legit. You may get a key that activates, but you have no way of knowing if it was stolen and if it gets deactivated later you have no recourse

I did the same and enjoy it. I think it’s embarrassing that a AAA can spend so long on a game and have it basically be fallout in space with very little in the way of innovation. But I also didn’t expect anything more, and it scratches the itch I was wanting it to scratch

That implies they had positive expectations to begin with

I learned that from Jafar in Aladdin!
