I know I was assuming that the Russians claimed that they were nuclear bomb proof, at least for the 30 seconds that I knew about them before I read this thread. Seeing the picture I didn't believe that they were in in actuality.

Started eating at Culver's recently. Same price as McDonald's but tastes like actual good quality hamburgers.

Reddit got caught unprepared by the protests, they are probably working on a shadow mod feature and forgot to hide it from the log. Deleting an already removed post is a fairly inconspicuous way to demo the feature.

Not only is "female" a dirogitory way to refer to a human woman, but it has been widely know since at least the late '80s. Why do you think the Ferengi in Star Trek:TNG use the term? People at the time weren't confused, they knew immediately that the Ferengi were sexist.

It means "Yes, that is the correct question to ask. Really think it through because we don't have an answer for you."

The way God intended.

So, instead of saying, "Catholic seminaries were already too full of [bundle of sticks]" instead he meant to say that "Catholic seminaries were already too full of homosexuals". I'm not sure fixing the one word helps his message or is actually even the problem.

The term he used is being censored on here so I used a substitute.

Just like jpeg is pronounced "jfeg"

Battle Toads had that one fight that was in 2nd person. I can't think of many games at all that used 2nd person.

People keep focusing on the slur and his apology. The context of what he is saying wouldn't be any better if he used an acceptable word for gay people. Either way, both times, he was saying that there are too many gay priests and that he wishes that there were less of them. This is bigoted regardless of the specific words used.

That might not be the best counter example. Now I'm interested in why exactly my stomach growls, and would probably need it explained in simple terms since I'm not a doctor.

You might not understand how they are going to control it, but they do. Facebook doesn't do anything without a plan on how to either get a ton of money from something or a plan on how to destroy that thing. So the fact that they are trying to integrate into the fediverse means they have a plan. They are smarter and more evil than anyone here in the area of making money and destroying competitors, and they will 100% do one of those things, probably both.

Meaning that posts aren't actually removed, just set to deleted in the database. Also means that they don't use that deleted flag in the database query, instead filtering out the deleted posts after they have been retrieved, which in my mind would be a less efficient way to do it.

Why not Keepass on a webdav server? Both Keepass on the computer and Keepass2Android can open the file directly. If you save it on one it will merge the changes in any other copies you have open.

I was in the 13 year club, and most of that was using RIF.

It means "Yes, that is the correct question to ask. Really think it through because we don't have an answer for you."

I have been removing my posts from Reddit over the last week and have found that you don't see and can't remove posts from subreddits that you don't have access to. I keep seeing sets of posts all from the same subreddit as they come out of blackout.

Does the second half actually explain how it works? Because the first half, which was all I could read, doesn't really explain how they get the clean money back.

Honestly, those decades of solutions are useless unless they have both a version number and a date associated with them. And if that date is more that 6 months ago, it's probably still useless even if it has both.
